1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and uc777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uc777 platform, including its website at uc777.bio, all associated mobile interfaces, game services, betting markets, promotional programmes, and payment facilities.

By creating an account on uc777, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) uc777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uc777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

uc777 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Bonus Funds & Withdrawal Eligibility

Bonus funds credited to your uc777 account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the player are withdrawable at any time subject to the KYC and minimum withdrawal requirements above.

4.4 Currency

uc777 operates exclusively in BDT for players based in Bangladesh. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The ৳ symbol displayed throughout the uc777 platform represents Bangladeshi Taka.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time window, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Bets placed on games with an RTP (Return to Player) below a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — this will be disclosed in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed on live sports events at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion terms may not count toward bonus wagering.
• uc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5.2 Abuse & Misuse of Bonuses

uc777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk hedging betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Suspected bonus abuse may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets — specific rules governing market settlement, void conditions, and in-play betting are published in the uc777 Sportsbook Rules document. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in format, uc777 reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to players. Disputes regarding market settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the market closing.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

uc777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward uc777 staff or other players.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your uc777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. uc777 may apply a monthly dormant account administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormant account fee is applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uc777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the uc777 platform.

uc777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the uc777 platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of uc777 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any uc777 content without prior written consent.

8.2 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
